Acceptance
By creating an account or using the namehaggle service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service is
namehaggle provides independent domain appraisals and related research tools. Reports are estimates produced from public data and our published methodology. They are not financial advice and not a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and don't share them.
- Use the service for lawful purposes only.
- Don't scrape, mirror, or rebroadcast our reports without permission.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring engine.
Liability
namehaggle reports are research opinions. Buying, holding, or selling decisions are entirely yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, namehaggle is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a report.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
